  The fish and chips were amazing! The patty melt was delicious! The clan chowder was a mixture of out of this world and hearty. The tea is fantastic and the service is top notch. Friendly and super service by this mom and pop shop. I will not be going to the coast for fish & chips and chowder. I may stop and get some to take with me. Definitely a new favorite place!

  My M-IN-LAW brought me here. I really luv'd the first so much that I just brought my friend last weekend. It was really busy, so servers were slow & we felt a little ignored, but really luv'd the food. Luv's it so much that we are bringing another friend.
  
  It's pricy here (dog deep in your pick books or break your put banks), so we are going to stick to the Bobs & Bits.

  The Teapot on Wheels is an absolutely darling place with delicious food, friendly service and a gorgeous river view. They serve breakfast and lunch with authentic English offerings. The formal High Tea in the charming, intimate setting is well worth the visit. The scones, sandwiches, and sweets are homemade, and the tea selection rivals the best tea houses in the west. Even the sugar is hand formed. We will definitely visit again the next time we travel the 5 freeway to Portland.
